Cornish and proud, we love to show off the amazing meat, fruit and, in this case, vegetables produced by local growers.

O nly the best quality ingredients, cooked to head chef Ben's exacting standards make it to your plate!

Ben recommends trying out the vegetable medley. Seasonal and locally grown asparagus, peppers and tender stem broccoli, generously drenched in freshly made, rich and creamy hollandaise sauce. I'm getting hungry writing this
